Nurse

Full Time, Salaried Position – RN Preferred
Page Robbins Adult Day Center has an immediate opening for a nurse, RN preferred, to work with our program for individuals with memory loss. Page Robbins, open Monday to Friday from 6 am to 6 pm, provides an exceptional workplace featuring no nights, no weekends and no holidays!

Some responsibilities include:

  • Direct supervision of 8-10 care assistants, who are responsible for 4-5 participants each (our staff to participant ratio is low, maximum number of participants is 45)
  • Medication assistance for some participants
  • Communication with participants’ families regarding health observations
  • Participation in the new client assessments, charting, and other general duties

The successful candidate will have strong supervisory experience, a clear understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, MS Office skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and a desire to learn even more about those with memory issues and how to make the lives of our participants and their caregivers better. Please note: while Page Robbins is a great place to work, unfortunately, we do not offer health insurance benefits.

Please submit a resume and cover letter outlining why you’re interested in a career at Page Robbins that includes your salary expectations to Ms. Herbie Krisle, Executive Director, at herbie@pagerobbins.org.
